Charlton is conveniently located on Routes 5 & 20 in Avon, New York. We are located fifteen minutes south of Rochester, within an hour of Buffalo and ninety minutes from Niagara Falls and Syracuse.

From NYS Thruway: Exit 46 to 390 South to Avon-Lima, exit 10. Turn right onto Routes 5 & 20 West - 2 1/2 miles to Village of Avon and 30 MPH sign. Immediately turn right into driveway with carriage wheels on either side of the drive. Follow driveway 1/4 mile to Charlton Bed & Breakfast Inn.
